Minister of Culture, Gashi, our country's cinematography an example of success

Minister of Culture, Kujtim Gashi, visited the Kosovo Pavilion in Cannes, where he was hosted by the Director of the Kosovo Cinematographic Center, Arben Zharku and the Chairman of the National Center of Cinematography of Albania, Ilir Butka.

Both directors informed the Minister about the work flow at the Cannes Film Festival and the cinematic presentation of Kosovo and Albania, which is taking place in the largest film market in the world.

Then, the Minister also held several meetings with the heads of the pavilions of different countries and, in particular, met the Director of the Israeli Film Fund, Katriar Schorry, whom he thanked for the special assistance that he has provided to the cinematography of Kosovo.

The Minister also met with representatives of the Turkish Pavilion, where he met also Turkish artists who encouraged them to cooperate more with Kosovo.
